Mount Airy Resort & Casino – Sportsbook & Poker

The Sportsbook & Poker project involved interior renovations to convert the original three-level Gypsies Nightclub, into a new lower-level Poker area and upper-level Sportsbook.   The original nightclub stage, audio/visual and green room areas were removed, and a new twenty-foot-wide opening created within the casino’s south wall, to open the multi-functional space to the main casino.  Technical enhancements include twenty-eight new television monitors throughout the space, nine additional monitors on the casino south wall, enhanced sound systems and heightened security / surveillance.
