Administration Office Consolidation – Blue Mountain Ski Resort

Undertaken by Blue Mountain Ski Resort as part of the Slopeside Pub & Grill addition and renovations to the existing Summit Lodge, the administration office consolidation plan created a slope side walk-out basement below the restaurant and outdoor deck to consolidate the administration facilities, which were scattered across multiple spaces throughout the resort. The project also included a three-story addition to house a new dock and storage area at the basement level, new locker rooms adjacent to the ticketing area of the first floor and additional storage for the third floor banquet kitchen. A passenger and service elevator were also added to improve vertical circulation throughout the facility.
